Delivery Policy | Moddanio
All orders placed Monday-Thursday will be processed and shipped the following working day. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday unless it’s a bank holiday.
Orders will be processed (pending credit/debit card approval) and then dispatched via Royal Mail or alternative couriers for delivery. Moddanio is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and/or conditions beyond our control.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Moddanio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you including any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Moddanio. This amount will be deducted from your total order value.
UK DOMESTIC DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMESCALES
Tracked and Signed delivery within the United Kingdom is at a cost of either £3.35 or £4.95 depending on the order value, estimated delivery is between 2 to 4 working days for you to receive your parcel from when the order is dispatched, this excludes weekends and bank holidays. Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight may take up to 4 to 6 working days.
**We do not currently offer a same-day/next-day delivery service**
